Families share precious things with us. Here's how we protect them, in plain words.

Only members see profiles

Profiles are never shown to the public or search engines. You must have an account and be signed in to browse.

You control your photo

Choose whether all members can see your photo, or only people whose interest you have accepted. You can change this at any time in Privacy settings.

Chat opens only after both say yes

Nobody can message you until you have accepted their interest — or they have accepted yours. Your email address is never shown to other members.

Block and report

Block anyone and they can no longer see your profile or contact you. Report a profile and our team will review it.

Hide or pause your profile

Found someone, or taking a break? Hide your profile with one switch. Your conversations stay safe.

Your data

We keep only what is needed to help you find a match. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Visitor statistics without cookies

To understand which countries our visitors come from, we count page visits. For each visit we record only the date, the page, your approximate country (worked out from your internet connection, never GPS) and whether you were signed in. We use no tracking cookies and store nothing on your device. Your internet address is never saved: it is turned into a scrambled code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you, so we can't follow you from day to day. Only our administrators see the totals, never individual visits.

Country, region and city lists come from the Countries States Cities Database by dr5hn, available under the Open Database License (ODbL).
